Costs and Scheduling

Virtual Visits with Santa have peak hours and off-peak hours. The cost is determined by the length of the visit (12, 25, 40,or 50 minutes) and whether the day of week/time of the Virtual Visit is in a peak or off-peak time period. Tables below show the peak and off-peak hours for different time zones. The three rates are: Peak Hours, Off-peak Hours, and Thanksgiving Day/Christmas Eve/Christmas Day.

Note on charts of Off-peak and Peak hours:

These are based on Central Time Zone, US. From March 13 – Nov 6 2022, the hours are Daylight time (UTC -5). The rest of the year, Standard time (UTC-6).
